Below is a email conversation between Daniel and one of his friends after he told her that we are expecting. I thought it was quite entertaining.
Friend: Oh Dan, I'm so excited for you!!! Does she have to go in for monthly ultrasounds then? Tell Megan congrats from me!!!
Dan: Thanks! I don't think for monthly. We do have monthly appointments from now on. Normally they do the first ultra at 20 weeks but with our history they did one at 8 weeks, 10 weeks and 12 weeks. I think that since they were good the next one will be at 20 weeks when we find out the sex.
Friend: Isn't the sex how this happened???? LOL
Dan: Not in this case...we did IUI due to our infertility problems.
Friend: LOL oops sorry....
Dan: We have fun with it. I bet it didn't take you a plastic cup and 2 other ladies other than your wife to get prego.
Friend: Why would I think that you, of all people, wouldn't find the humor in any situation???? Your such a character!!!
